Ordering & Account Access
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can place an order on Saviyah as a guest without creating an account.
Creating an account is optional and offers added convenience, such as faster checkout on future purchases, access to order history, and easier support for tracking orders, returns, or exchanges.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) on the same business day the order is placed.
Once an order enters processing, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Customers may request a return within 16 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To qualify, items must be:
Unused
In original condition
Returned with valid proof of purchase

Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to customer preference (wrong item selected, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping. The original $8 shipping fee is non-refundable.
If the return is due to an error on our side (wrong or defective item), Saviyah covers the return shipping cost.
Exchanges
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Saviyah offers direct exchanges for eligible items, subject to availability.
If the exchange is requested due to customer preference, re-shipping costs apply
If the exchange is approved due to a Saviyah error, all shipping costs are covered by us
Damaged Items
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If an item arrives damaged, please contact Saviyah within 24–48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will assist with either a refund or an exchange according to our policy.
What if the item is damaged after delivery?
Items damaged after delivery due to customer use, improper handling, or accidents are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Return Review & Refund Timing
How long does return review take?
Once a returned item is received, inspection may take up to 14 business days. Customers are notified once the review is complete.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
Bank processing times may vary.
Fees
Are restocking fees charged?
No. Saviyah does not charge restocking fees.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
No. Saviyah currently ships within the United States only.
What is the shipping cost?
A flat $8 shipping fee applies to all U.S. orders, regardless of order size or destination.
How long does delivery take?
Processing time: 1–3 business days
Transit time: 6–10 business days
Estimated total delivery time: 7–13 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and delivery updates.
What if my package is delayed?
Occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier capacity, or seasonal demand. If this happens, we will share updates as soon as tracking information becomes available.

What happens if there is a pricing error?
If a pricing error is identified, Saviyah may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund if payment has been processed.
